The Burroughs Bears crushed the visiting Castaic Coyotes baseball team by a count of 9-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Bears now possess a 16-3 record. They take the field next when they host Pasadena for a Pacific bout on Friday, April 12. Burroughs will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-3 league loss to Burroughs (Burbank, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-11.
Next, the Coyotes face the Hart Indians (Newhall, CA) in a Foothill bout, on Friday, April 12. Castaic will attempt to move on its 11-9 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 16-5 record after their 6-4 league win over Castaic (Castaic, CA).
