The Ravenscroft Ravens baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Trinity Academy Tigers to 1 in the Ravens non-league victory on Thursday.

The Ravens (9-2) will now prepare for their match against Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 9-6 record. In their last match, Wake Christian Academy was overwhelmed by Grace Christian (Sanford, NC), 19-3, in a non-league challenge.

With the defeat, Trinity Academy falls to 1-6 on the season. The Tigers host St. Thomas More Academy (Raleigh, NC) to battle the Chancellors in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 15. The Chancellors come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. St. Thomas More Academy won 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Thales Academy Apex (Apex, NC)
