The Winthrop College Prep Academy Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Foundation Christian Academy Panthers to 0 in the Spartans non-league victory on Thursday.
The Spartans now have a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Tampa Christian Academy for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 17.
The Panthers (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Seven Rivers Christian (Lecanto, FL). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Seven Rivers Christian dropped by Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
