The Catholic Crusaders lacrosse team scored 16 points and held the host Steward Spartans to 9 in the Crusaders non-league win on Thursday.
The Crusaders (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Collegiate (Richmond, VA). The Cougars go into the VISAA Division 1 game with a 9-2 record.
The Spartans (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Foxcroft (Middleburg, VA). The None go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Foxcroft nudged Highland (Warrenton, VA), 11-8, in a league game.
