Colorado High School Lacrosse - Chaparral held off by Palmer Ridge

In Thursday's league contest, the Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO) lacrosse squad edged the host Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO), by a count of 8-7.

Coming up next, the Bears confront the Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO) in a 5A South contest, on Monday, April 15. Palmer Ridge will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Kadets come into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 11-10 league win over Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO).

The Wolverines now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pine Creek for a 5A South contest on Tuesday, April 16. Chaparral will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 9-8 league win over Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 8-0.
