Washington High School Baseball - Mt. Baker loses to Lynden

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Lynden Lions baseball team scored a nice 20-1 victory over the Mt. Baker Mountaineers.
The Lions (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Bellingham (Bellingham, WA). The Bayhawks go into the non-league game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Bellingham was overwhelmed by Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA), 5-4, in a non-league game.
The Mountaineers (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Burlington-Edison ran past Ferndale (Ferndale, WA), 8-1, in a non-league game.
