The South Elgin Storm lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the host Batavia Bulldogs to 6 in the Storm non-league win on Thursday.
The Storm (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Porters go into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Lockport prevailed over Batavia (Batavia, IL), 17-10, in a non-league match.
The Bulldogs (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Marmion (Aurora, IL). The Cadets go into the non-league match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Marmion was overwhelmed by St. Rita (Chicago, IL), 16-2, in a league match.
