The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Spring Grove Rockets (Spring Grove, PA) and the host West York Area Bulldogs (York, PA), saw Spring Grove's lacrosse team nudge West York Area by a margin of 13-12.

The Rockets (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Garden Spot (New Holland, PA). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record.

The Bulldogs (0-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Susquehannock (Glen Rock, PA). The Warriors enter the York Area 1 challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Susquehannock was tipped by York Suburban (York, PA), 10-9, in a league challenge.
