The Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls softball team scored 5 runs and limited the host West Stanly Colts to 2 in the Ragin' Bulls non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Hickory Ridge improves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Ragin' Bulls travel to South Iredell (Statesville, NC) to clash with the Vikings in a Greater Metro 4A game on Friday, April 12. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 4-9. South Iredell won 4-0 in their recent league game against Cox Mill (Concord, NC)

In their next game, the Colts clash with the North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 13. West Stanly will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Black Knights come into the game with a 11-4 record after their 7-2 league win over Montgomery Central (Troy, NC).
