The Bishop Hartley Hawks baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Highland Fighting Scots to 5 in the Hawks non-league win on Friday.
The Hawks now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host St. Francis DeSales for a Central Catholic test on Monday, April 14. Bishop Hartley will clash with a Stallions team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Bloom-Carroll (Carroll, OH). The Stallions record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, Highland drops to 5-2 on the year. The Fighting scots host Dublin Scioto (Dublin, OH) to clash with the Irish in a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. The Irish go into the test with a record of 1-3. Dublin Scioto lost 8-7 in their recent league test against Westerville South (Westerville, OH)
