The Clatskanie Tigers baseball team scored 16 runs and held the host Neah-Kah-Nie Pirates to 4 in the Tigers non-league win on Friday.

The Tigers now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Portland Christian for a 2A/1A-SD1 Special District 1 test on Tuesday, April 15. Clatskanie will play a Royals team coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Western Christian (Salem, OR). The Royals record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Neah-Kah-Nie drops to 1-5 on the year. The Pirates travel to Corbett (Corbett, OR) to play the Cardinals in a 3A-SD1 Special District 1 test on Saturday, April 12. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 2-3. Corbett lost 7-1 in their recent league test against Warrenton (Warrenton, OR)
