The Greyhills Academy Knights baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting San Carlos Braves to 8 in the Knights non-league win on Friday.
The Knights now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host St. Michael for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Greyhills Academy will play a Cardinals team coming off a 21-0 non-league loss to Baboquivari (Sells, AZ). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-11.
With the defeat, San Carlos drops to 0-11 on the year. The Braves travel to Salome (Salome, AZ) to play the Frogs in a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. The Frogs go into the test with a record of 2-7. Salome won 20-0 in their recent non-league test against Monument Valley (Kayenta, AZ)
