The Olympia Spartans (Stanford, IL) baseball the host New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly Vipers (New Berlin, IL), 6-2 in Friday's league challenge.

The Spartans now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cornerstone Christian for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 12. Olympia will clash with a Cyclones team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Ridgeview (Colfax, IL). The Cyclones record now stands at 2-4.

With the defeat, New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly drops to 3-6 on the year. The Vipers travel to Paris (Paris, IL) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 12.
