In Friday's non-league game, the host North Bend Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the South Umpqua Lancers.
The Bulldogs (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Taft (Lincoln City, OR). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Taft knocked off Willamina (Willamina, OR), 15-1, in a league game.
Next, the Lancers play the Siuslaw Vikings (Florence, OR) in a game, on Tuesday, April 15. South Umpqua will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Vikings go into the game with a 2-6 record after their 6-2 non-league loss to Elmira (Elmira, OR).
