Northridge Knights (Niles, IL) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Waukegan Bulldogs (Waukegan, IL), 11-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Northridge advances its record to 7-9 on the season. The Knights travel to Latin (Chicago, IL) to battle the Romans in a Independent School match on Saturday, April 12. The Romans come into the match with a record of 2-0. Latin won 11-1 in their recent league match against Lake Forest Academy (Lake Forest, IL)

The Bulldogs now have a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warren Township for a North Suburban match on Monday, April 14. Waukegan will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-3.
