In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Antioch Sequoits volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Jefferson J-Hawks.

The Sequoits (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL). The Knights come into the Northern Lake County challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Grayslake North was beaten by Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the J-Hawks meet the Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL) in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 challenge, on Tuesday, April 15. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Hononegah (Rockton, IL).
