In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Bremen Braves.

The Vikings (11-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Central (St. John, IN). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Lake Central beat Merrillville (Merrillville, IN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Braves meet the Oak Lawn Spartans (Oak Lawn, IL) in a South Suburban challenge, on Tuesday, April 15. Bremen will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over St. Rita (Chicago, IL).
