The Providence Catholic Celtics volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Carmel Corsairs to 0 in the Celtics non-league triumph on Friday.

The Celtics now have a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Maine South for a non-league outing on Friday, April 11. Providence Catholic will play a Hawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Carmel drops to 2-8 on the campaign. The Corsairs travel to Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 12. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 2-3. Grant Community lost 2-1 in their recent league outing against Antioch (Antioch, IL)
