In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Woodbridge Barrons volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Middletown South Eagles.
The Barrons (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ). The North Brunswick Raiders enter the GMC - White challenge with a 3-3 record.
Next up, the Eagles battle the Middletown North Lions (Middletown, NJ) in a Shore - A North match, on Monday, April 14. Middletown South will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 0-6 record after their 2-0 league loss to Christian Brothers Academy (Lincroft, NJ).
