The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the GlenOak Golden Eagles (Canton, OH) and the visiting Nordonia Knights (Macedonia, OH), saw GlenOak's baseball team gain a win over Nordonia by a tally of 17-7.

The Golden Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Mentor (Mentor, OH). The Cardinals enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Mentor prevailed over Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH), 15-6, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Knights face the Hudson Explorers (Hudson, OH) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 14. Nordonia will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Explorers enter the battle with a 6-0 record after their 15-1 non-league win over Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH).
