Swampscott Big Blue (Swampscott, MA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Marblehead Magicians (Marblehead, MA), 15-10 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Swampscott improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Big Blue travel to Gloucester (Gloucester, MA) to play the Fishermen in a non-league game on Monday, April 14. The Fishermen come into the game with a record of 0-1.
The Magicians now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Danvers for a Northeast Conference - Dunn game on Monday, April 14.
