Colorado High School Baseball - Standley Lake holds off George Washington

In Friday's non-league game, the host Standley Lake Gators baseball team scored a close 6-2 victory over the George Washington Patriots.
The Gators (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Littleton (Littleton, CO). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Littleton was overwhelmed by Conifer (Conifer, CO), 6-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Patriots face the Rangeview Raiders (Aurora, CO) in a game, on Monday, April 14. George Washington will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Raiders enter the game with a 5-2 record after their 14-3 league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO).
