The Whitman Vikings lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the visiting Blake Bengals to 10 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Watkins Mill for a Montgomery County 3A/2A/1A challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Whitman will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 9-3 league loss to Northwood (Silver Spring, MD). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Blake falls to 5-4 on the year. The Bengals host Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, MD) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 3-4.
