The Los Alamitos Griffins triumphed over the visiting Santiago Sharks lacrosse team by a tally of 17-4 in Friday's non-league match.
Next up, the Griffins confront the Corona del Mar Sea Kings (Newport Beach, CA) in a Sunset match, on Wednesday, April 16. Los Alamitos will attempt to improve on its 14-2 season record. The Sea Kings enter the match with a 10-4 record after their 13-4 non-league loss to De La Salle (Concord, CA).
The Sharks (6-11) will now prepare for their match against Newport Harbor (Newport Beach, CA). The Sailors enter the non-league match with a 5-7 record. In their last match, Newport Harbor was overwhelmed by Edison (Huntington Beach, CA), 15-5, in a league match.
