The Northwest Guilford Vikings lacrosse squad scored 13 points and limited the host Mooresville Blue Devils to 5 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now hold a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northern Guilford for a Metro challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Northwest Guilford will clash with a Nighthawks squad coming off a 15-1 league win over Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Mooresville falls to 1-12 on the year. The Blue devils host North Davidson (Lexington, NC) to clash with the Black Knights in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 14. The Black Knights go into the challenge with a record of 4-8. North Davidson won 17-1 in their recent league challenge against High Point Central (High Point, NC)
