In Friday's league outing, the host Elgin Owls soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Altus Bulldogs.

The Owls (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Santa Fe South (Oklahoma City, OK). The Saints go into the 5A District 1 outing with a 11-1 record. In their last outing, Santa Fe South got by Lawton (Lawton, OK), 9-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK) in a 5A District 1 outing, on Tuesday, April 15. Altus will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Highlanders go into the outing with a 8-3 record after their 8-1 league win over Duncan (Duncan, OK).
