MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their soccer team triumph over the visiting Duncan Demons (Duncan, OK), 8-1 in a league contest.
Next, the Highlanders battle the Altus Bulldogs (Altus, OK) in a 5A District 1 contest, on Tuesday, April 15. MacArthur will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 1-6 record after their 1-0 league loss to Elgin (Elgin, OK).
The Demons (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK). The Spartans enter the 5A District 1 contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Southeast held off Noble (Noble, OK), 9-2, in a league contest.
