The Almond-Bancroft Eagles softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Wautoma Hornets to 0 in the Eagles non-league win on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blair-Taylor for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 12. Almond-Bancroft will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Black River Falls (Black River Falls, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
