The Billerica Memorial Indians softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Andover Golden Warriors to 6 in the Indians league win on Friday.
The Indians now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dracut for a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. Billerica Memorial will confront a Middies team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Haverhill (Haverhill, MA). The Middies record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Andover moves to 1-1 on the season. The Golden warriors host Wakefield Memorial (Wakefield, MA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. The Warriors come into the battle with a record of 1-1.
