The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Auburn Trojans (Auburn, IL) and the visiting Lincolnwood Lancers (Raymond, IL), observed Auburn's softball team get by Lincolnwood by a tally of 5-0.

The Trojans (9-1) will now prepare for their test against Pontiac (Pontiac, IL). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Pontiac was routed by Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL), 3-2, in a league test.

The Lancers (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Litchfield (Litchfield, IL). The Purple Panthers go into the non-league test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Litchfield was routed by Jersey (Jerseyville, IL), 5-3, in a non-league test.
