The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the East Rutherford Cavaliers (Forest City, NC) and the visiting Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY), observed East Rutherford's softball team get by Pendleton County by a tally of 8-3.

The Cavaliers (8-6) will now prepare for their bout against Barren County (Glasgow, KY). The Trojans go into the non-league bout with a 7-4 record. In their last bout, Barren County tipped East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY), 3-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the East Jessamine Jaguars (Nicholasville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 12. Pendleton County will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 13-0 non-league win over Lincoln County (Stanford, KY).
