Milan Indians (Milan, IN) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host South Decatur Cougars (Greensburg, IN), 8-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Milan upgrades its record to 7-5 on the year. The Indians host Richmond (Richmond, IN) to play the Red Devils in a non-league game on Saturday, April 12. The Red Devils enter the game with a record of 0-1. Richmond lost 16-1 in their recent non-league game against Tri (Straughn, IN)

The Cougars now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to South Ripley for a non-league game on Saturday, April 12. South Decatur will play a Raiders squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Edinburgh (Edinburgh, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 0-1.
