Arkansas High School Softball - Mt. Vernon-Enola sneaks past South Side

In Friday's league match, the host Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks softball team scored a tight 8-7 win over the South Side Hornet.
The Warhawks (9-9) will now prepare for their match against Wonderview (Hattieville, AR). The Daredevils come into the non-league match with a 4-8 record. In their last match, Wonderview was nipped by Sacred Heart (Morrilton, AR), 5-4, in a league match.
In their next game, the Hornet confront the Pangburn Tigers (Pangburn, AR) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 15. South Side will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record.
