In Saturday's non-league bout, the Carter Hornets (Strawberry Plains, TN) baseball squad the visiting Midway Green Wave (Kingston, TN), by a tally of 8-3.

Next up, the Hornets encounter the Wartburg Central Bulldogs (Wartburg, TN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 11. Carter will attempt to upgrade on its 14-10 season record.
