New Jersey High School Baseball - Pennington defeats Lawrence

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Pennington Red Hawks baseball team scored a nice 14-6 win over the Lawrence Cardinals.
The Red Hawks (7-1) will now prepare for their game against Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ). The Big Red go into the Mid-Atlantic Prep game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Lawrenceville School knocked off Hill School (Pottstown, PA), 11-2, in a league game.
Next, the Cardinals play the Allentown Redbirds (Allentown, NJ) in a CVC - Colonial game, on Tuesday, April 14. Lawrence will attempt to improve on its 12-1 season record. The Redbirds go into the game with a 5-4 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Northern Burlington (Columbus, NJ).
