Ohio High School Baseball - Mapleton loses to Northmor

The Mapleton Mounties baseball squad (Ashland, OH), was overwhelmed 11-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Northmor Golden Knights (Galion, OH)

With the triumph, Northmor moves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Golden Knights host Danville (Danville, OH) to confront the Blue Devils in a Knox Morrow Athletic contest on Tuesday, April 14. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a record of 2-5.

The Mounties now possess a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Paul for a Firelands contest on Monday, April 13. Mapleton will confront a Flyers squad coming off a 9-4 non-league win over Edison (Milan, OH). The Flyers record now stands at 6-1.
