In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Calera Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Huffman Vikings.
The Eagles (13-6) will now prepare for their outing against Montevallo (Montevallo, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 6-8 record. In their last outing, Montevallo was overwhelmed by Indian Springs (Pelham, AL), 4-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Vikings confront the Lincoln Golden Bears (Lincoln, AL) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 13. Huffman will attempt to improve on its 6-14 season record. The Golden Bears go into the outing with a 15-3 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Benjamin Russell (Alexander City, AL).
