California High School Softball - Viewpoint bounces Poly

The Viewpoint Patriots softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Poly Parrots to 4 in the Patriots non-league win on Saturday.

The Patriots now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oakwood for a Gold Coast battle on Tuesday, April 14. Viewpoint will encounter a Owls team coming off a 15-2 non-league loss to St. Genevieve (Panorama City, CA). The Owls record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Poly moves to 5-5 on the season. The Parrots travel to Venice (Los Angeles, CA) to encounter the Gondoliers in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 11. The Gondoliers come into the battle with a record of 7-7. Venice won 14-1 in their recent league battle against Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA)
