In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Redwood Rangers baseball team scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Madera Coyotes.
The Rangers (11-7) will now prepare for their game against Jesuit (Carmichael, CA). The Marauders go into the non-league game with a 11-8 record. In their last game, Jesuit was overwhelmed by San Joaquin Memorial (Fresno, CA), 9-1, in a non-league game.
The Coyotes (7-12) will now prepare for their game against Davis (Davis, CA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 6-9 record. In their last game, Davis tipped Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
