Washington, DC High School Baseball - Oceanside Collegiate Academy can't hold off St. John's

In Tuesday's non-league game, the host St. John's Cadets baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks.
The Cadets (14-1) will now prepare for their game against Ashley Ridge (Summerville, SC). The Swamp Foxes go into the non-league game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Ashley Ridge was edged by Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC), 7-0, in a non-league game.
The Landsharks (14-2) will now prepare for their game against James Island (Charleston, SC). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 18-1 record. In their last game, James Island tipped Reagan (Pfafftown, NC), 8-4, in a non-league game.
