Arizona High School Softball - North knocked off by Boulder Creek

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Boulder Creek Jaguars (Anthem, AZ) softball team overwhelmed the visiting North Mustangs (Phoenix, AZ), by a margin of 26-16.

With the triumph, Boulder Creek moves its record to 13-10 on the year. The Jaguars host Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ) to play the Mountain Lions in a 6A Desert Valley contest on Thursday, April 14. The Mountain Lions come into the contest with a record of 8-12. Mountain Ridge won 17-0 in their recent non-league contest against Cesar Chavez (Laveen, AZ)

In their next game, the Mustangs play the Alhambra Lions (Phoenix, AZ) in a 6A Metro contest, on Thursday, April 14. North will attempt to move on its 9-10 season record. The Lions come into the contest with a 6-12 record after their 20-2 non-league loss to San Luis (San Luis, AZ).
