Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Desert Ridge Jaguars (Mesa, AZ) and the host Dobson Mustangs (Mesa, AZ), saw Desert Ridge's softball team knock off Dobson by a score of 18-7.

Coming up next, the Jaguars encounter the Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ) in a 6A Central test, on Thursday, April 14. Desert Ridge will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Bulldogs enter the test with a 18-4 record after their 10-1 non-league win over Perry (Gilbert, AZ).

The Mustangs (10-12) will now prepare for their test against Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ). The Mountain Lions enter the 6A East Valley test with a 15-6 record. In their last test, Red Mountain prevailed over Perry (Gilbert, AZ), 4-3, in a non-league test.
