With the win, R-S Central upgrades its record to 15-2 on the season. The Hilltoppers host Polk County (Columbus, NC) to battle the Wolverines in a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A test on Tuesday, April 18. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 7-8. Polk County won 9-0 in their recent non-league test against East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC)

With the defeat, Draughn falls to 13-4 on the season. The Wildcats host Rosman (Rosman, NC) to battle the Tigers in a Western Highlands 1A/2A test on Tuesday, April 18. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-13. Rosman lost 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC)
