The Kennett Indians baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Sikeston Bulldogs to 6 in the Indians non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Indians (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Dexter (Dexter, MO). The Bearcats go into the Class 4 District 1 match with a 5-4 record.
The Bulldogs (0-9) will now prepare for their match against Jackson (Jackson, MO). The Fighting Indians go into the Class 6 District 1 match with a 15-7 record. In their last challenge, Jackson got by Seckman (Imperial, MO), 11-3, in a league challenge.
