The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) and the visiting Vaughn White Tigers (San Fernando, CA), saw Kennedy's volleyball squad beat Vaughn by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Kennedy upgrades its record to 5-9 on the year. The Cougars host Reseda (Reseda, CA) to play the Regents in a bout on Monday, April 17. The Regents go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Reseda lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA)

The White Tigers now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sherman Oaks CES for a bout on Thursday, April 13. Vaughn will play a Knights squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA). The Knights record now stands at 7-4.
