The North Grand Eagle Owls held off the host Northside Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Wednesday's league test.
The Eagle Owls now have a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Senn for a test on Friday, April 14. North Grand will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Roosevelt (Chicago, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
The Mustangs (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Mather (Chicago, IL). The Rangers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Mather nipped Rickover Naval (Chicago, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.
