Locust Valley Falcons (Locust Valley, NY) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their lacrosse team gain a win over the host Mepham Pirates (North Bellmore, NY), 9-6 in a non-league outing.
With the win, Locust Valley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Falcons host MacArthur (Levittown, NY) to battle the Generals in a non-league outing on Friday, April 14. The Generals go into the outing with a record of 1-1. MacArthur won 13-3 in their recent non-league outing against Floral Park Memorial (Floral Park, NY)
With the defeat, Mepham drops to 1-1 on the season. The Pirates host Oceanside (Oceanside, NY) to battle the Sailors in a Section 8 A outing on Friday, April 21. The Sailors go into the outing with a record of 3-4.
