St. George's Gryphons (Collierville, TN) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles (Cordova, TN), 13-4 in a league battle.
The Gryphons now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Lausanne Collegiate for a TSLA 2AA/A West battle on Friday, April 14. St. George's will clash with a Lynx squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Arlington (Arlington, TN). The Lynx record now stands at 1-4.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Arlington Tigers (Arlington, TN) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 19. St. Benedict at Auburndale will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record.
