Maryland High School Softball - Arundel gets by North County

The Arundel Wildcats nipped the host North County Knights softball squad by a final score of 11-10 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Wildcats (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Glen Burnie (Glen Burnie, MD). The Gophers go into the Anne Arundel County battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Glen Burnie held off Annapolis (Annapolis, MD), 19-6, in a league battle.
The Knights now possess a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Severna Park for a Anne Arundel County battle on Friday, April 14. North County will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 12-2 league win over Southern (Harwood, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 2-2.
