Eminence Eels (Eminence, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Riverside Argonauts (Indianapolis, IN), 13-10 in a league challenge.

The Eels now own a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Indianapolis Crispus Attucks for a challenge on Thursday, April 13. Eminence will face a Tigers squad coming off a 21-20 non-league win over Providence Cristo Rey (Indianapolis, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Riverside falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Argonauts travel to Tindley (Indianapolis, IN) to face the Tigers in a Freelance challenge on Thursday, April 13. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Tindley lost 18-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Bethesda Christian (Brownsburg, IN)
